❓ What types of cleaning do you offer?

We offer Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, and Office Cleaning. You can also customize your clean with add-ons like inside the fridge, oven, and cabinets.

❓ Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes! Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade tools and eco-friendly products. If you have a product preference, let us know in advance.

❓ Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be home, as long as we have access to enter and lock up safely. Many of our clients are not home during service.

❓ How does payment work?

To secure your booking, we require either a 50% deposit upfront or 100% full payment, depending on the service.

You’ll be prompted to enter your payment information securely when you book online.

This helps us reduce last-minute cancellations and reserve your time slot.

❓ What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a non-refundable deposit or 50% charge, depending on the situation.

❓ How do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment is collected securely via our online booking system. We accept major credit and debit cards.

❓ Are you insured?

Yes! YK Luxe Living Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.

❓ Do you offer recurring cleanings?

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service packages. Ask us about discounted recurring rates.
