These Terms & Conditions govern the use of cleaning services provided by YK Luxe Living Cleaning Services in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas.

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via ZenMaid, phone, or email.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.

  • We accept e-transfer, cash, or credit card.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a $40 cancellation fee.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will return to re-clean the area in question or offer a credit toward your next clean.

Re-cleans must be scheduled within 3 days of the original appointment.

4. Access to Property

  • Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If cleaners cannot access the home, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Please inform us in advance about pets, alarm codes, or any special entry instructions.

5. Safety & Conditions

  • We do not clean hazardous or biohazardous materials (e.g., mold, human/animal waste, blood).

  • Our team will not move heavy furniture or items that could cause injury or damage.

6. Damage & Liability

  • We treat your home with the utmost care. However, accidents can happen. Please report any damage within 24 hours.

  • YK Luxe Living is fully insured with $2 million liability coverage.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unstable items.

7. Add-On Services

  • Add-on services (inside ovens, fridges, laundry, etc.) must be requested in advance.

  • These may incur additional charges depending on the level of work required.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if a property is unsafe, unsanitary, or puts our staff at risk.
